Menon intends to “develop and contribute to the burgeoning healthcare digital marketing field,” according to a news release issued by FE International, the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firm that served as the acquisition’s sole sell-side M&A counsel on Tuesday (Nov. 29).
The Audiologist Plus platform, according to the release, was formed in 2015 with the objective of supporting ENT, audiology, and other healthcare practitioners in extending their businesses online.
Among the services offered by the company are website development, search engine optimization (SEO), online review management, social media marketing, eCommerce shop, and clinic visualization.
“Over the previous seven years, it’s been a wonderful experience establishing Audiology Plus, but it was time to transfer the torch,” Audiology Plus Co-Founders Joseph Lugara and Veera Kasavan said in a statement. “FE International was a huge help in making this happen.” We are overjoyed with the turnout and look forward to seeing Audiology Plus achieve new heights under the great leadership of Rithesh Menon.”
According to research, overall consumer engagement in related activities climbed 1.2% in the second quarter, signifying a small but important step toward full digital potential.
