PayrHealth has acquired Supero Healthcare Products in order to broaden its existing payor relationship management solution offering credentialing services.
PayrHealth can now offer a proven provider enrollment and credentialing solution that has been in operation for more than 10 years, replacing the company’s previous more limited credentialing options, according to a news release.
According to PayrHealth CEO Armando Cardoso, “Supero has produced great credentialing solutions that assist providers across the healthcare continuum and nation.” “The inclusion of this knowledgeable credentialing staff strengthens our ability to integrate critical provider data and increase healthcare provider remuneration.”
These new capabilities, according to the statement, will supplement PayrHealth’s existing complete solutions for managing payor relationships, which include analytics, contracts, reimbursement negotiation, network expansion, and revenue cycle management.
“I can’t think of a better home for our personnel and clients during this next stage,” said Supero Founder and CEO Brian Agnew, who will advise on the purchase integration. PayrHealth is creating a service that is unique in the business.”
According to Corcentric CEO Matt Clark, healthcare, insurance, and financial services – three of the largest verticals in the United States with billions of dollars in transaction flows – have friction surrounding payments and communication between providers, organizations, and end consumers.
According to Clark, bringing conventional industries into the digital age requires a combination of technology, automation of manual activities, and an evaluation of back-office services.
Clark remarked that openness may aid in the resolution of bottlenecks before they become major issues, and that clarity and transparency can improve if some of the most critical back-office processes are also updated.
