Car IQ and Verra Mobility have teamed to provide their fleet clients a full toll payment solution.
Car IQ will go beyond fuel and parking payments by joining up with Verra Mobility, which offers toll management and smart mobility technology solutions, the company said in a press release on Tuesday, December 6.
Car IQ CEO Sterling Pratz stated in the announcement that “working with Verra Mobility lets us provide fleets with a single solution for all payment forms.” “Our partnership with Verra Mobility expands our payment suite to simplify and expedite the tolling experience for our partners while delivering bundled mobility payment services along with countrywide gasoline and parking that are presently offered through Car IQ Pay today,” says the company.
According to the announcement, fleets that don’t often use tollways will be safeguarded from toll violations by having their license plates registered with toll agencies nationwide and handling the timely, direct payment of tolls.
As per press release, Car IQ Pay fleets will also have a billing platform that enables payments for a variety of services supporting the fleet’s back-end accounting systems.
